UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I ask this question because I am not sure if the actual server has critical overload of players but very often when I switch map/inctance with a loading time in between then it can take quiet a few minutes before the loading before starts moving. Also and more rarely, I experienced my character on ground beaming up to the ship but the camera and full gameplay were still connected to the ground instance, so its like I could move without seeing my character and scan areas for anomalies for example, this issue in some case was persistant for about 30 seconds to 2 mn.
