For those of us who pre-ordered to get into headstart but have had limited, if any ability to play due to downtime .. I think it would be good customer service of Cryptic to extend the headstart period by 1-3 days .. essentially giving all of us who are in it some form of compensation for the downtime and inconvenience. Not that they have to, just that it would be good cust svc .. imo of course.
