We had several so called "emergency" downtimes in the head start until now.
For me, this is unbelievable. You told us that you bought new equipment, so that so many server crashes or downtimes should not happen.
What should we expect when all the other people come in on 2nd february?! More downtimes?
How many so called "emergency" downtimes could there be? What is going on with the servers that we have so much of them?
As a customer, I expect that you explain to us what is going on! A message like " We know that the server is down. We fix it asap" is not really helpful.
Give us an ETA, and tell us what exactly happened.
We are paying for the game (head start is paid too, because only preorder customers can play on head start, so shut up fanboys), so we have the right to know what is going on with our "investment".
I am ashamed when I see that you don't care much about your customers. In my business this would cost me my job!
