"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I am an avid Star Trek fan who has been playing STO as much as possible (server downtimes are never good). I request that you please keep us informed with what is going on with the server and game. Implementing a queue system without informing the community has left people fearful of the future of the game and is no doubt causing cancellations every minute from around the globe. You MUST keep us informed for you will begin to lose even more customers.
P.S. If you agree, please post in agreement and lets see if we can get Cryptic's attention.
