You seriously decided to launch with crap servers? Not sure what you guys were thinking but this is unecceptable.

It is very frustrating to wait in Queue to only get disconnected and reQueue...

This is just pathetic...there are just the pre-orders on right now and there is a 1000 person queue??

Unless Cryptic has many other servers waiting to be brought online on Tuesday, this game is going to be a friggin nightmare...which sucks as I rather like STO!

Clearly STO is not ready for release, maybe in six months but am not waiting around for you to get your act together. We are only getting a prelude to the aggravasion to come when the rest of the world comes on line or at least tries too.

I am not wasting my money on a game that you can't even login to.

This is insane, not even worth playing in its current state.

Is there a way to get a refund untill i hear everything has been worked out, then decide if i want to reinstall?
