A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I get it. Large player base accessing during the weekend. Big queue that only gets bigger... but my number in line has only decreased by 4 spots in the past 10 minutes... there's still 1026 people ahead of me. At that rate I'll get to login... in just about 2 days (42.75hours, hey that's launch day!)
And now it jumps down to 901? and now 221 of 595? Either a bunch of people just crashed in game, got sick of waiting or that's some pretty bad queue tracking software you guys have.
So yea, please invest in more servers sooner rather than later. You may take a hit to the bottom line in the first month... though I can't imagine that would be the case with all the lifers out there, but it'll be better for the population in the long run. Especially when you have a bunch of happy customers that get to play instead of waiting in line.
If not for a month, please install a fast pass and crash the server at our whim so we get to play :p
