Obviously if you're in and playing, the view on this changes. But from the outside, and not being able to get in due to a non-moving queue, it seems to me much worse knowing that I am hours away from playing when I log in, than to simply see that I can't play. Perhaps it's not rational, but as you can see elsewhere on these forums, the dispassionate are the minority here.
