ive downloaded and re- downloaded the game. if installed wiped re installed multiple multiple times however, each time i try to launch the game i get the same thing.

trying to update launcher- 1 try (or something like that) and then CrypticError: Oops!

ive had this happen every time i try to play the game. this time the error ticket ID is 4548575 but ive sent out lots of them.

i am tired of being frustrated and angry so im asking for help. what do you need to know so i cant get this game off the ground and start playing. on a side note. my wife has almost the idential laptop to me and it works fine on it. I checked my specs and updated all the drivers even did extra sweeps with virus protection. it still wont work.
