klinks are anything but op in T2, but otherwise I agree with your post pretty wholeheartidly.

2 matches lost: both to premades, rest wins.

yes, T2, TOTALLY FAVORS KLINGONS.

These guys had it down to using scanner sweep debuffs, split fire to avoid healing, jumping in and out of cloak, and then rage quitting us by taking 5-10 minutes between each attack.

At that point, its really not worth the effort even for them, as 3 matches could have been played and won in that time.

So yea, if klingons spend excessive amounts of time planning and positioning they can break any defense. If the fed team knows how to build for pvp, theyre going to lose one person to this massive amount of planning, and then all they have to do is get off enough torpedoes on the BoPs trying to engine batter + EM away or just kill any raptors they had with them.

The premades are the same people who have been stuck in escorts for the last 2-3 weeks, the fed ones are people playing a different ship type than they were for 2-3 weeks. Personally I've played every ship type(except carrier), and even in just a "premade" of 5 guys who happen to be in the same match with the right ship combination and decided to queue together, can put up a fight against a serious premade of people who have been playing together for 2 weeks.

The rest of the matches were pretty much one-sided in our favor, unless we started going afk (ah, I cant resist global chat)

It does have to do with a lot of team miscommunication on the fed side, but at the same time losing 19/20 matches is a problem to me. And I know it ain't my fault since I'm the one helping others and staying alive. I think every kill that we have gotten in every match I have been involved in, directly or indirectly.

God i love posts like these, back and forth about one side being too powerful than the other. Cryptic over compensates then faction 2 cries about faction 1 being OP. At this rate both factions will be nerfed into retardation by June. If the Feds would quit diving full impulse within 11k of the enemy they might not go down so quick. Give your power time to reroute. Also Klingon loot is still laughable so by tier 2 Feds should be cleaning house. Rather than whining about that I play my Fed alt (outside pvp) and smuggle (mail) loot to my main. Got to love Klingon spies

Of course, Mirandas vs BoPs is like trying to use Vor'Chas vs Defiants.

Not fun.

... because there could not -possibly- be any other explanation. It can''t -possibly- be our lack of teamwork, preparation or knowledge of the game.

This is exactly the sort of complete failure of incompetence that prevents people from ever improving.

Except cryptic didn't change anything on the kdf side between OB and now, except start kdf out with gear worse than I farmed for myself in t1, and -way- worse than I had on fed side.

What's changed is that there is a swarm of complete newbs, who somehow feel entitled to win without knowing how.

qft! I think you nailed it. Thinking on a it a bit longer, too bad the mail thing works. I would love to smuggle gear across the neutral zone and sell at a premium to them
