Brilliant, I believe I will start the TKC(Tribble Kennel Club) and see what we can come up with.

I dont understand wtf tribbles are suppose to be?? they clutter my inventory after a few hours of questing and they are worth nothing.. have to sit there and spend a few minutes discarding them all to keep inventory nice and tidey.

Have you tried beaming them to a passing Klingon ship?

I sure hope you don't do that too often, you could go blind.

Actual discussion with a Fleet-mate over Ventrilo this weekend...

Fleetmate: (*laughs*) "I just saw my Medic pet her tribble. Too funny."
Me: "Is that what they're calling it now?"
(*laughter*)

I have managed to get a good variety of tribbles so far. For some reason, I find it entertaining to breed them and see what different patterns I can get. With the way you can force a trade window, I'm dropping them on my fleetmates every chance I get. Just wish you could use them as projectiles in your dealings with the Klingons... ;-]

Why, this sounds as though it is no tribble at all!

Sorry. I couldn't resist.

If you "info" the tribble you'll see its species' scientific name. I so far have 4 different species that all give the heal buff but I'm keeping one of each species in my inventory to see what varieties I can breed.

Nice!

So there are Tribbles that do more than heal? That's pretty nice. Gonna try breeding more tribbles in my bank. ^_^

I was actually starting to wonder why the Devs gave us so many different Star Trek inspired food items that by themselves all do the same thing. If the purpose of all those options is to allow for special tribble breeding combos then that makes more sense.
