# 1 Amazon Collectors Disaster

Just received mail from Amazon.de that my preordered Collectors edition (december) is still not available...
They are still trying to get me a copy. How is it possible that shops sell a contigent which they do not have.
I feel cheated, cause I was really looking forward to my bridge officer.
No matter whose fault it is - this situation was handled terribly by all involved
I like the game a lot, but that situation really pushes my buttons

Off the top of my head games from .de should not be shipping until the 5th (or at least showing up on the 5th.) Tomorrow is the US launch date aka when the states should be getting the games out.

I am not worrying that we might be receiving it later, I fear we will not get it at all...
I am too lazy to translate the whole email , but they are telling us that they can not guarantee for anything.
Also they seem to have no infomation whatsoever if the promised contingent will ever arrive.
