OK maybe I need to be more clear,
I am logged into the ARC website, my problem is billing related and not in your faq section.
I need to contact someone to get a issues fixed , which I click on create a ticket using IE10
It will take me to a dead webpage after a while, that's it.
Can someone contact me though my email here to get this sorted.
I have renewed my sub for one more month.
