There should be a sticky posting of what all the abreviations in game mean. Like when I select my reward for completing a mission and look at the info... some say things like AoE and other stuff I can't remember off hand. I have no clue what any of these abreviations mean and thus don't know what would be a better choice to pick in Personnel Kits or Body Armors and weapons and such.

Well AoE stands for Area of Effect, which means it does damage to a target and everything in a certain radius around that target.
