Hi i am having major issues with logging in and playing STO, after clicking on create character it takes a very very long time to bring up any selections then when i do eventually manage to get a character created the intro sequence is all out of sync with the audio and i keep getting a red message of server not responding. One time i did manage to get into the tutorial but it kept saying server not responding so i couldnt move anywhere.

I have checked to make sure there are no proxies set up on my connection and have reinstalled the client as well. Can anyone help me?
