"Login failed for unknown reason" error

i have realized ingame names are made up of your chosen Charactername and and @xyz (screenname/forumname) since i do not really like what i've chosen as "@xyz" i'd like to ask it's possible to change this somehow.
if you havnt used any keys yet. make a new account if you have used keys. ask customer support for a change, this has been done to a few people allready so it does wrk.
Question: How do I Change my Online Handle?
Answer: If your online Handle is the same as your Username we would be happy to change your display name! Please log in and send us a Billing Support ticket with the three names you would like, in order of preference, if your first choice is unavailable. Keep in mind that trademarked or copywritten names are not acceptable.
You get your handle only changed if you took it before the "changes" so your handle and login are the same, or they are the same because you've been to eager to play and did not read anything while creating your account.
