just a quick question:

didn't the joined thrill have 5 skills? I can only select 4, like all other races....

"Joined Thrill" sounds like a euphemism for sex with a parasite.

It's Trill, not Thrill.

I would have gotten the joined Trill if it was available at the beginning of head start but a preorder bonus that I could not use seemed pointless to me. I'd still buy it now if I could "Join" it with my unjoined Trill that I created 4 days ago and get the new traits.
