thats what i am getting it's either that or there was an error processing your request. and when i try to call the 408 number listed for live tech or billing support i get left on hold for forever and a day and can't get through to a live person. not to mention the 408 number doesn't say for star trek online it says for champions online. go fig. i hope they have this resolved in the next hour or so i would really like to get my subscription set up and my in game bonus items for my digital deluxe edition pre-order from direct2drive retrieved.
Yeah, this game is straight fail. I am sure one day it will be ready, but not right now.
I went to GameStop to cancel my pre-order, they shrugged and said.... "oh THAT game, heh yeah of course you can cancel, its all the rave." He and his co-worker quickly followed up with comments on more tried and proven games.
It was funny, because they had a stack of MMO games specifically on display for those who cancel, in the attempt to keep you money. There was a special discount for them and they were running out of stock on them. Yet, right beside it was a large box of STO pre-orders.
