A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I was doing the Hromi star cluster exploration. The one to recover medical supplies on a planet. My 4 bridge officers just blinked out. When I tried to find them I could get within 3 meters of them, but couldn't see them.
That's caused by a hole in the map, which seems to be an issue in a few of the thousands of exploration missions, which are less tested.
Your bridge crew fell through. Submit a ticket.
The good news is, you can beam up and beam back down to get them back. If they fall through again, just move on to another exploration map and be sure to report that one bugged.
