I bought the game only to find out when I entered the product reg key its didn't work. or at least there was no record of it. So I called, For get that option on a releas day. Emailed, opps forget that to. Then I typed out a ticket. Nope no one responded yet. It's been 7 hours. So I took the game back and exchanged it. The Key entered but now I have to talk to someone from Billing. Ive been on hold for 3 hours. WTF!!!!!!!!!
