I go to http://www.startrekonline.com/tickets and click on "create new ticket" then two buttons pop up for billing vs. tech issues each having 5 sub categories. That's as far as it lets me go. No matter what I click on after that.

I'm trying to access my deluxe edition bonus items but every time I do it throws me into billing. Right now I'm content with the one month I already have. So I need to know how to get what I've already paid for without having to pay more.

If you can answer the second question I would still like to know how to log a ticket in case I encounter another problem.
