"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Yup, I pulled one off, I have an engineering consel that gave me +7.6 turn strength, and with evasive man. I was able to bank 90 degrees, now if only something would tip me just a little more.
There is a console with 12% turn rate. If memory serves, there is a chance to get it from 1st place in starbase 24. I have one on my cruiser, and its pretty sick. I imagine there are better ones than that from higher level fleet actions. Also some impulse engines are geared towards turning rather than speed. There are a couple blue quality ones available from one of the sector block patrol missions. Cant recall which mission though.
