Ok, so I went to enter my retail code in the website and then it prompted me to pick an option for the monthly sub. I would prefer not to enter my credit card number at this time but I can't seem to bypass this and get my connie. Is there a way around this?

i tried it to and i didnt want to put in my card info either but in my c-store ther is something called ambassador

you can also set it to use paypal. This is just asking for which card to charge after the current subscription expires, It won't charge you anything for now, it also validates the free month you got with the game.

yep, make a pay pal account, dont link any thing to it, just a base account.
