Hi there.... sorry if the place for this tread is incorrect, but I've bought my copy of STO collector's edition and I've followed the instructions for creation of my account.... when I arrive to payment methods, I've inserted my credit card informations for the lifetime subscription and the system says my payment method was declined...
I've tryed to add another credit card but it's the same thing...
What can I do?
I've tryed to enter into the game, but it says to me account error.... maybe because I don't activated my copy!
