I am a Lt.com Engineer in an Escort. I have maxed out the the starship cannon weapons and starship torpedo weapons skills. It says on the info that this unlocks the skills 'rapid fire III' and 'high yield III' but I cannot see this anywhere. How do I train my BO these new skills? Or do they become my skills under the powers menu?
Also I reached Lt.Com 5 and it informed me I had unlock officer power II or somesuch. What is this? Again, I couldn't see anything new in my 'powers'.
Does anyone have any answers for an unashamed noob?!
