Why didnt you do exactly what I suggested?

Just create a ticket under the main 'support' heading and wait and be patient?

You arent going to get a response quickly about this because its the 1st ful day of the game being live and they have 1 bazilllion other things to be doing right now.

I have created three tickets for double billing on my cc for lifetime , then i had to pay to register my other code (CS and one TS) over the past five days... got auto email responses. After many days nothing shows up on "My Tickets", open...closed..NOTHING. No responses of any kind. I have been spending hours after hours reading forums.

I have spent more time and more money than I have EVER spent on ANY game since my first copy of AOE and CoC... who cares.

I am going to try the phone today. seeing my tickets are not getting any responses after five days.

you can then say..."how is that working 4 u"
