Whenever I try to log in (ever since Tuesday) this is the error I've gotten.

And of course, when I contact Billing Support I get no response.


Any ideas?

dude this is happening to everyone,well not everyone but alot of people,they told me they want a credit card number for your free trial but won't bill you unless you cancel before you 30 day trial is up,Don't give them your credit card number,i've read of many others doing this and still nothing and even some getting their credit cards AND debit cards shut down by their banks for fraud from cryptic, their banks say the money came off their account but when they check their cryptic or sto account to see if they payed it says they didn't,and cryptic doesn't seem to know where the money or info was lost.
