Who gets to fly these ships EMISSARY, DERVISH, DESTINY, Admirals??

Yes. Admirals get a choice between 2 ship types (2 Escort-types, 2 Cruiser-types, or 2 Science Vessel-types) rather then 1 type with 3 skins the rest of the ranks get.

i'm loving that your sig prouldy declares you're a life sub but you don't even know when you can get in what sort of ship... such blind faith in a game 0o
