This may sound stupid but when I purchased a life time subscription I was promised a constitution starship. I have yet to receive it. whats up with that? I or we have paid considerable money for a simple throwback and I / we have not received it. Customer service does not get to you... so My question is do I get my ship or is this just a crap lie . As I said this must sound stupid but I want my ship for payment received

To my knowledge lifers don't get a connie, that was a pre-order bonus from one of the retailers (can't find the list right now).

Lifers got the option to play borg and additional character slots.


I did find that Gamestop pre-order gave the connie.

I dont think the ship was part of lifetime. Borg dude was part of lifetime and character slots were part of lifetime. Connie ship was a Gamestop preorder exclusive.
