Just out of curiosity, did you file a GM help ticket about this? Or just post this thread? It sounds like an in game issue so you might want to get in game help instead of a forum posting that may or may not be seen.
I've taken all the steps except for calling them directly
I've applied all the codes / keys and the sub is active.
I sent in two tickets one ingame via GM tickets and one via the website - billing support.
There is nothing under special unlocks
It's been three (3) days, trust me I've read the forums and all the responses to this issue and tried them all short of calling them on the phone.
