Are there skills that cant be trained by either players or trained at the BO abilty trainer?
Since its still very unclear why certain bo's are green or blue rarity.

And also i cant find certain ability ranks at the trainer.

Is there a list with such skills?
would help alot determining wich bo to keep and wich one to discard
