It seems that only Federation rare BOs have a chance at the efficient trait (particularly Saurians). Has anyone seen a Klingon BO drop with efficient? What's going on with this?

Actually, since headstart, I haven't seen any BO's with the Efficient trait, and believe me, I've searched on the Exchange a lot. Either other people are buying them up fast and sitting on them, or they aren't being created anymore in order to preserve the uniqueness of the Borg BO (theoretically) having them.

I'd be happy to be proven wrong though. Anyone have a current BO with Efficient?

There are lots of them on the exchange, they just all happen to be Saurian federation officers.

You've checked this recently? I was looking at the exchange last night at Saurian officers and didn't see any with Efficient.

Huh, I must just have bad luck (or bad eyes) then, as I just checked all 138 uncommon, 170 rare, and 10 very rare Saurian officers on the exchange, and none of them had efficient.

I just checked and saw 7 of them.

why bother? there are lots on the exchange. Everyone knows this trait is the only space trait in the game, so all Saurians with it have been relisted for 200k to over a mil. Just look for the ones with obscene pricing.

Okay, I see what I was doing wrong now. Since Leadership (a space trait) is listed under ground abilities on Human BO's, I assumed that all traits were listed in that area by default, when Efficient is listed at the top under Space abilities, so bad eyes it is. Gotta love the person who threw a Saurian BO without Efficient up for 10 million, though.
