So I tried my key several times, I've double and triple checked it cryptic's system says that it's not valid. I emailed them last week and haven't heard back.

So what do? Am I just screwed when the grace period is over? I feel like I deserve better seeing as how I gave them my 50 something dollars and went through beta to try and help them whip this turd into shape.

Or do I have to call GameStop and get them to send me a replacement, which seems like it would be a pain, even if it worked. They will probably have me contact cryptic, which I did and I've shared how well that worked.

Any one have any ideas? Anyone from cryptic check the boards and want to give me a hand?

two option send a ticket to billing or call them (which is quicker but costs)

Also remember, that you need to contact your original retailer first, as cryptic will be unable to help you until you do.

Just do what I did, nag the retailer until they replace the key. Cryptic will never reply
