Sorry I didn't really get a chance to search all of the threads, but I was wondering when it comes to BOs is there a cap on skill points, or after I reach my highest rank, can I go run exploration missions to get BO points and retrain to my hearts content with them? Or is there a limit to how many BO points I'll be allowed to accumulate and once I get to my final rank, I won't be able to earn any more BO points?
