I'm really annoyed that mail marked as spam isn't immediately deleted - and the fact that I have to confirm that yes, this is spam, and yes, this is trash is really time-consuming.

I quite agree. I'd quite like the option to 'MARK AS SPAMMER' anyone in the main chat windows that aggressively advertises their energy point farming services. Not only does the person get ignored, but gets reported as well. I've not seen a game so eaten up with spam from the very get go before. It's really starting to impact the experience here. If I'm thinking about frustratedly ignoring people in chat instead of what's going on around me, then the suspension of disbelief has been rather brutally shattered already.
