"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I got a message "You may now train your bridge officers High Yield Photon III". Yet I can't seem to figure out how to train any of them. I am a LC with three L rank bridge officers under me and only one tactical officer with High Yield Photon I. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get High Yield Photon III on one of my officers?
