I preordered the game from www.play.com. I've received codes registering in-game items and the retails code. I got Bonus Skill Points in the C-Store which I could redeemed, but the DS9 uniforms that were supposed to be included are still missing from the game.
I've filed 2 tickets asking for them but they haven't shown up yet.

Anyone else who ordered from Play.com whos ingame items haven't shown up?
