I got Miracle Worker as an Engineering Captain Ability just a day ago, and I find it not so miraculous. It does the same ammount of healing as Engineering Team II, but yet on a 15 minute timer.

Sure, the intention was to prevent people from getting back to 100% from near hull collapse, but most people would want to restore shields, then repair the hull by using Engineering teams. So I think Miracle Worker needs added bonuses to make it worth the while.

Hmmm on t5 it heals 63% hps of my ship. Thats about 27k hps..once per 15 mins. Its not that bad, its a oh **** button.

Yeah Miracle Worker II is a 67% heal for me.

It is tied to Able crew %, if you have 100% able crew you get the full heal, with 0% able crew (VERY easy to have happen, especially in PVP) you get essentially no heal.

Normally by the time I would need even close to a 63% heal I have lost at least half of my able crew, normally 70-85% lost, and miracle worker will heal for 10-15% hull, which is pathetic.
