Hey I am a Tactical Captain using a Starcruiser and as my Lt science officers second power I picked Photonic officer.

Absolutely love it allows me to cycle my defences endlessly

I was wondering atm I only have rank 1 in the LT slot has anyone ever seen say rank 2 in that same slot via a rare/very rare officer?

I have tried scanning the exchange but my sight is not the best and after while I tend to miss things the lack of being able to refine my seaches beyond simple all science officer really hurts me.

Would love to use a higher rank of this power but limited to a max of that LT slot.
