I'm gonna say no, just because of the Intel integrated graphics chip.

My mother's laptop has an Intel Graphics chip, and the "Farthest" in the game I could get on it, was character select - it would always lock up/go not responding trying to show the opening movie, even though it has a Core 2 Duo and 3 GB of RAM.

My old pc is a P4 2.8 ghz with 2 GB memory, and a Geforce 6800GT, and that actually would run the game on the very lowest settings, even at 1280x1024.

My new Core i7 920 with 6 GB memory and a Geforce GTS 250 runs ST:O somewhat better.

But I'm gonna have to say, you're likely not going to get it running on that computer.

If you replace that graphic card it will run fine.

You'll have to take note if the mainboard uses a AGP, PCi or PCI-e socket first though.
