***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

All Mk X gear comes from spending your hard-earned 5th Order Exploration Badges at the Sol Station shipyard.

yeah thanks I know that, but they don't seem to have phasers in the dual heavy cannon flavour

I recommend looking for the lv47 Borg DSE for Mk X drops.

There is also a vendor on K7 that you can buy very rares with a ton of PvP badges. I don't remember if he had Heavy Canons, but there was good stuff...

Well, at least there seems to be confirmation that they do drop on occasion.

Really wish they were more accessible, though. Them and other weapon types besides antiproton/polaron, which I'm lead to believe are the most-common at the end tier of gameplay. :/
