stealth, hit an objective, run, repeate till mission complete then go back and kill the stuff my boff's haven't killed yet
and when thats not an option boff's expose i exploite or i beat down with a bat'leth the vaporize em with a bodycheck(lunge)

I drop my phaser turret, Quantum Mortar and both support drones then just hang back and wait for the exposes (all my team has expose weapons, I have two exploit.)

This only changes if I face a boss, then I get the Bat'leth out and keep him on the floor while my team mops up.

Two tac officers with a heavy focus on grenades, an engineer with a focus on turrets and shield repair and a science officer who has nothing but heals means I can just sit back if Im feeling lazy.
