How about posting some other MMO Dev tracker numbers for today so we can see just how much our devs "fail" in comparison? And keep in mind its only 1PM where the Devs work.

We have different definitions of work, evidently.

And, what do other MMO's have to do with this? That's like eating out and the waitress disappears for an hour and the manager tells you to go find the time to service at other restaurants for comparison.

Other restaurants succeeding or failing in comparison to yours doesn't make your service somehow better. The problem here is that people were getting ****ed at the complete and total lack of communication by Cryptic. They fixed that by communicating more. For about 3 days. Then, bam, back to the cone of silence.

First of all, I can't believe someone looked those up.

Seconds of all, none of those are new games, and none of those dev posts are applicable to this game, which is grossly dev post deficient. Dev posts need to be increased by about 75%. Maybe more.

Sadly, I basically knew those off the top of my head.

And yes, they do need to chime in more.

The only thing I would like to see is a different listing for Devs and Mods like CoH has. I don't want to have to go through 50 post from a GM saying "closing this thread" to find one from a programmer/dev about an in-game issue.

What is expected of your average restaurant is based upon what the industry norm is for that particular kind of restaurant. Likewise, what is expected of your average MMO is based upon what the industry norm is for other MMOs. I'm sorry if you dont understand this, but that is the truth of life whether you actually like it or agree with it or not.

So lets get right down to it: what is the minimum number of Dev replies per day you WONT complain about? Obviously 13 isnt it. So tell us the exact number so we're all on the same page here. And once again, the work day is only HALF over where Cryptic is located, so you might want to at least wait until the end of the day before flipping out about the number of posts.
