"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I return from out-of-state to see the same problem:
"Not allowed to access the server at this time"
This is now going on three weeks...
Not a single response to any ticket submissions also going back 2 weeks plus...
This is support?!
This is the score card atm:
1. Processing my purchase of the game - A
2. Taking my money for the lifetime subscription - A
3. Being able to gain access to the server - F
4. Response to "ANY" ticket submitted - F
Not much more to say, other than pursuing a refund... which I am sure the EULA has the company covered from doing...
