"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Checked my speed on the east coast and they were better then the west..
My system could use a defrag so im doing that now.
You also may be hitting some weird routing to their servers and its getting hung up some place. But, based on what you said, I think turning down graphics will fix it. You may want to post a full spec list on the tech forums to see if there is something in your setup that STO doesn't play well with. Would hate for you to miss out on any of the graphics in game.
