Anyone else noticed that power levels are bugged at tier 5?
My advanced escort should give +21 bonus to weapon and engine power. When I set the power levels to 25, I actually have 51.
But does it scale?
@50 -> 68
@90 -> 100
@ 100 -> 110
What is really weird is when i switch between power schemes, sometimes my weapon power spikes to 116/90 before it drops back to 100/90 and then my shield power goes up...
Another one. With full engines, it spikes up to 116/100, but then after a few seconds to drops to 100/100, even with my starship operations engine training (that is supposed to boost engine power level).
