"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Does not Cryptic do any kind of tests before they release a patch? Yesterday they gave us a patch which promised to fix many bugs of the game. But it came out with more bugs instead of fixing. And today they took server down again and gave another patch of 175 mb to REVERT yesterday's patch. At some counteries internet payment is calculated with the download you do and i am using such a service and i am sure there are others to.
Instead of releasing a not tested patch that fact is really annoying. This is not kind of professional act. As i know almost every MMO has a test server and companies test ther upcoming patches at these test servers. And if Cryptic has such a terrible Dev Team they need a public test server much more then any other MMO.
i do not know if there is one but i would be really happy know about it. To see results of a patch after you officialy release it is so amateur. Would be happy to read a DEV answer.
