Why do Federation and Klingons have basically the same skills? and so doesn't feel right. I say since Feedback Pulse is 90% useless to Federation since 100% of all klingon ships (except maybe carrier) uses cannons remove that skill from the Federation side, then remove Reverse shield Polarity from the klingon side.

100% of the time when im in PvP, klingon's use reverse shield polarity and use Feedback Pulse together, I don't mind the feedback pulse damage but invulnerability for 15 seconds...... as well as taking damage..... total gayness.

Let the flaming and trolling begin!

If they're got RSP and FBP up, you should absolutely never ever attack them with beam weapons unless they're an escort class with ludicrously low hull.

Nah.. my main issue is FBP is overwhelmingly one sided.

Yeah, certain skills should have longer innate cooldowns, and not be able to carry more than one instance of it imo...

my opinion is Feedback Pulse and reverse shield polarity should have a static cool down period of 2 minutes across the board. Some people have FBP I, FBPII, FBPIII and others have RSP I, RSPII, RSPIII ....

One version of a skill should put all other similar versions on the exact same CD when used, not a global cooldown. This would solve the issue in one shot. I'm not sure why the developers never considered it.

RSP and FBP do have counters though, so it's not like I gripe when I see it used. I just start to counter.

sorry mate, I play Klingon too and those 2 skills are way overpowered so no it's Klingon QQ. Pitiful how Fed ships go down to 49% health due to a single FBP III
