A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
A couple weeks back I received 5 or so bridge officers from the quest rewards. At the time I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with them so I put them in the bank until I had time to decide. Unfortunately my psu went bad and I had to take 2wks off from the game while I waited for the replacement. Now back in game, I find that I can't move the BOs into my inventory, can't equip them, and can't remove them from my bank.
Do I have any options other then deleting these guys?
