I've looked through the ST:O video setting guide here, and one question that I didn't see addressed was, what does setting world/character texture quality over 100 percent do? I have a GTS 250 1 GB in this system, and I don't see a visual change going over 100 percent.
Obviously I see changes when going below 100 percent, but going over seems to do nothing.
