Dont know if this is a bug or orking as intended, but when fitghting an enemy in space, I will get a ship down to 10% in hull respawn and find that the same ship is at 100% hull and shields back. I mean really?

You failed so you start over. You get all your shields back so why shouldn't they. Ypu get your hull repaired why ahouldn't they.
